The City Hive Mentoring scheme is a public demonstration of tangible action to support the development of womens careers across the industry. Sponsorship allows the mentoring to be opened up to different candidates. And as a cross-company scheme, support is targeted to the industry and the benefits are shared.

The City Stars programme targets women at the mid-career point by not only building business skills and strategies, but helping to improve awareness of their talent and potential, creating an increased sense of ownership of their career.

At this meeting you will be able to meet the City Hive founders Bev Shah and Mandy Kirby alongside the Female Capitalist Christine Brown-Quinn, to learn more about these programmes, which have been specially developed to help the asset and investment management industry.
