Too often, tragedy precedes change. Overa century ago, tragedy formed the catalyst for some women in the UK finallywinning the right to vote.  This was just the start of the fight forequality that until then had landed on deaf ears.  The awful tragedy ofGeorge Floyd is another global catalyst for change.  

 

The global Black Lives Matter movementand the Industry Campaign #IAM Campaign has held a mirror up that none of uscan look away from.  We have had to accept the painful truth that this isthe real lived experience of our (Black and Ethnic Minority or diverse)friends, neighbours and colleagues and can no longer keep our heads turnedaway.
